Don Reed, Executive Director
Don is a native Kentuckian. He graduated from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky and received his Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Don served as youth minister at Nicholasville Baptist Church and Lancaster Baptist Church, Minister of Education and Outreach for Versailles Baptist Church and Pastor in several Central Kentucky Churches including, Clover Bottom; Crosswoods; Mt. Freedom, Wilmore; First Baptist, Paris; Bruner’s Chapel, Harrodsburg; and Immanuel Baptist in Louisville. He has two adult daughters.

Sandra Williams
Sandra is a Missionary Associate serving as Director of Church and Community Ministries. Sandra is originally from Missouri and obtained her Bachelor of Music from Northwest Missouri State in Maryville, Missouri and her Masters in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Previously Sandra worked as Director of Church Development for The Western Connecticut Baptist Association, New Britain, Ct. She has also served as Minister of Education and Music and taught in the public school system.

Ray Van Camp
Ray is a Missionary Associate serving as Director of Church Planting and Development. Ray’s home state is Ohio and received his Bachelors degree in Sociology and Radio, Television and Film from The University of Arkansas, Little Rock and a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Ray served as pastor of Grace Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Durbin Memorial Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky. Ray is married to the former Barbara Wallace and they have two adult daughters and two grandchildren.

Alyssa Allen
Alyssa is a Missionary Associate serving as Associate Director of Church and Community Ministries where her main focus is on the Irishtown Baptist Mission. Alyssa was born and raised in Kentucky obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Educational Ministries from Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, KY. Where she was also certified to teach English as a Second Language. Previously Alyssa served as a summer missionary and summer intern for the Elkhorn Baptist Association.

Glenda Rice
Glenda, our EBA Administrative Assistant, is originally from Dayton, Ohio; she moved to Kentucky as a child and was educated in the Fayette County Public Schools. She is married to Joe and they have two adult children and two beautiful granddaughters.
She has been employed by the Elkhorn Baptist Association since July, 2003; prior to coming to the Association, Glenda was employed by the Fayette County Public Schools for 19 years.

Caroline Mathis
Caroline, our Mission Service Corp Volunteer, was born in Springdale, Arkansas. She has lived in eight different states from Nevada to Kentucky while raising four children. She has seven grandchildren.
She has served as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Students at Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas and spent twenty years in church offices. Since retirement she has enjoyed volunteering at Central Baptist Hospital and her church. Caroline is a member of the Lexington Singers community chorus.
