AIM

Affiliated International Ministries (AIM) is an International Consortium of churches seeking to direct and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The Elkhorn Baptist Association is a member of AIM.   Aim’s goal during the 2010 World Equestrian Games is to provide a Christian Witness to the International, National and Local community.  Ray Van Camp sits on the Board of Directors.  To find out more about AIM go to their web site: www.aimky.org

Below is a partial list of volunteer possibilities. Click here to volunteer.

1. Staffing Booths (hand out tracts, water, talk with people, etc.)

2. Story Telling

4. Artists (paint, caricature, murals, face painting, etc.)

7. Prayer teams

8. Children’s Activities (Games, Bible Stories, etc.)

9.  Giving water/cofee/hot chocolate to people in the parking lot at parking lot.

10. Providing assistance to people at the entertainment areas of Spotlight Lexington in downtown Lexington and at the Georgetown Equine Expo.

The following list includes possibilities for the communities in central Kentucky including Georgetown and Lexington.  All is still in the planning stage and will be contingent on agreements with the cities, local churches and individuals.

Entertainment at:
“Georgetown Equine Expo

in Georgetown, KY & The “International Equestrian Festival”, Heritage Hall, Lexington, KY

    Four Equestrian Entertainers - they use horses in their performance.  Paul Daily horse whisperer, Pat Day Jockey, Glory Riders trick riders, Gunnpoint Ministries shooting exhibition.  They will perform at the Georgetown Equine Expo.

    Seven non-equestrian Entertainers - Blue Flamingo Jazz band, McKendrees Bluegrass band, David Garrard Magic show, Anthony Evans Gospel music, Adrain Ross playing the Didgeridoo, Manoj Chopra the Strongest man in Asia, Derbytown Quartet from Louisville
