RESPONSIBILITIES OF The PROPERTY TEAM
The Property Team shall:

  1. Recommend to Administrative Team/Executive Board purchase or sale of any property.
  2. Have responsibility for upkeep at Association property, all equipment purchased, review all use of Association’s property, excluding the Missionary Residence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
 The Administrative Team:

  1. Shall be responsible for all Association work and shall report to the Executive Board at the Fall Annual Meeting.
  2. Shall lead the Association in strategic planning.
  3. Shall lead the Association in developing objectives and priorities.
  4. Shall enlist persons to serve on the Action Teams.
  5. Shall coordinate, plan, and evaluate the work of the Association.
  6. Shall interpret Associational administrative policy and procedure as needed.
  7. Shall study all requests for changes to the Constitution and Manual of Procedure.
  8. Shall keep written record of its meetings.
  9. Shall report to the Executive Board.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCE TEAM
The Finance Team shall:

  1. After consultation with Executive Director, Administrative Team, Ministry Directors, and Assistants propose a unified budget for the next fiscal year (January - December) which shall be presented in September to the Administrative Team, and member churches for approval in the Fall Annual Meeting.
  2. Encourage the churches support of the budget, and assist the churches in developing Christian Stewardship.
  3. Meet as needed to review all aspects of the finances of the Association.
  4. Authorize the Executive Director, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance Team to sign checks; two of which are required on all checks.

The Membership Team shall:

  1. Clearly explain the works of the Association and responsibility of churches who seek to affiliate with the Association.
  2. Review and Recommend all church requests for affiliation with the Association.
  3. Recommend all churches who are dismissed from the Association.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSIONARY RESIDENCE TEAM
The Missionary Residence Team shall:

  1. Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Missionary Residence.
  2. Be responsible for scheduling the use of the Missionary Residence.
  3. Be responsible for promoting the use of the Missionary Residence and encouraging the involvement of the resident missionary in the Association; and with churches use of the missionaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERSONNEL TEAM
The Personnel Team in accordance with the Personnel Manual shall:

  1. Recommend to the Administrative Team employment and dismissal all Associational personnel.
  2. Recommend the Executive Director to the Executive Board in called session.
  3. Develop, review, and update and maintain job descriptions in the Personnel Manual.
  4. Recommend to the Finance Team all annual salaries for staff.
  5. Serve as counselor for staff personnel and as a Team to hear staff grievances and appeals.
